2025-26SLYO course fees are set at a very reasonable level but in no way should be mistaken for a lack of quality or standard. We are able to offer such reasonable course fees thanks to the generous support of James Allen’s Girls’ School.

4 Day Courses 2025-26
£280 + VAT = £336 (full amount for first child attending)
£240 + VAT = £288 (reduced amount for 2nd and 3rd siblings)

3 Day Courses 2025-26
£225 + VAT = £270  (full amount for first child attending)
£190 + VAT = £228 (reduced amount for 2nd and 3rd siblings)

*SLYO 1 Extra Strings Day - there is an extra day for SLYO 1 string players before the summer 2026 course, making the summer course 5 days long rather than 4 days long for all SLYO 1 string players:
£404 (inclusive of VAT) 5 day strings SLYO 1 (full amount for first child attending)
£356 (inclusive of VAT) 5 day strings SLYO 1 (reduced amount for 2nd and 3rd siblings)

**SLYO 1 - Please note in 2025-26 there is not room before Xmas to add the extra strings day, so all SLYO 1 players will have a 3 day course in December 2025.

Bursaries are available for families on lower incomes. Families in receipt of one or more of the following will be eligible for a bursary at SLYO:

• free secondary school meals
• universal credit / income support
